You can click the PayPal "Buy Now" button to pay with PayPal or send me an email requesting my bank account information for payment by bank draft. (I will include Swift / IBAN for international payments.) In either case, please give me your email address, and I will send you the full PDF file as soon as I have received your payment. Let me know if you would also like to have the full-sized book cover, either in JPG or PDF.

The PDF file is in U.S. Trade format (6" x 9") at 600 dpi. It contains the final updated version of the book.
